The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about Global Security IPS AB's (556671-7236) (hereinafter "Global Security") processing of your personal data and that the processing takes place in accordance with the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 (also called GDPR but hereinafter the “Data Protection Regulation”).

Registered information

When personal information comes to us, for example through an order or a request or at an employment, the name, telephone number and e-mail address are registered, as well as information required to perform the service in question and other information that you choose to submit.

The purpose of processing personal data

When you send in, for example, a request or place an order by phone, e-mail or letter, we save your information. The personal information you provide is registered in our system and is used for the administration of ordered services. The information may also be used for marketing purposes and for follow-up.

When you apply for vacancies, send in inquiries regarding employment with us or want to be contacted by us, we use your personal information only for the purposes for which you provided it.

Disclosure of personal data

For orders and inquiries, the information entered in the client register may be disclosed to third parties, ie to persons or companies outside Global Security, to the extent required to administer the service we are to provide. This also applies when you apply for vacancies, send in inquiries of interest regarding employment with us or want to be contacted by us.

In all the above-mentioned situations, Global Security is responsible for personal data and the suppliers that Global Security uses are personal data assistants. The personal data assistant must provide guarantees that he or she must take all appropriate technical and organizational measures to comply with the requirements set out in the Data Protection Ordinance regarding your rights.

Finally, personal data may also be disclosed in the event that it follows from a law, regulation or authority decision.

How long is the information left

We retain your personal information for as long as is required for us to be able to fulfill our commitment, ie provide the service, product, invoice, handle complaints or complaints and more. If you have agreed that your contact information may remain in our client register for marketing purposes even after the customer relationship has ended, they will remain until you announce that the information will be deleted.
